Our Duikersdrift Extra Virgin Olive Oil blend is a medium-intensity oil made from Frantoio, Coratina, and Mission olives grown on our farm in Tulbagh. With its golden-green hue and vibrant flavour, it enhances both simple and refined dishes, adding depth and character to every meal.

Taste
This medium-intensity blend offers a well-rounded fruitiness, marked by the taste of ripe olives and ripe tomatoes. A mild bitterness complements the fruit, adding depth and a subtle, lingering edge typical of balanced medium oils. Moderate pungency brings a gentle peppery finish that enhances complexity, while delicate hints of banana lend a soft, creamy undertone.
Production
Our olives are hand-harvested and taken to the press as quickly as possible to preserve their freshness and ensure the highest quality oil. The oil is cold-pressed to retain its natural flavour, aroma, and nutritional value. No additives or preservatives are used at any stage of production.
