Description
Crafted from the concentrated berries of 40-year-old bush vines in Cistrusdal, this wine exhibits fine depth and character. Whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented in 4th-fill French oak, and aged for eight months on fine lees.
Bouquet & Taste
This wine exhibits fine depth and character, showing an abundance of tropical and stone fruits, most notably white peach, supported by a flinty minerality. A rich and creamy mouthfeel balanced by fresh, natural acidity and a persistent and defined finish.
Production
As a boutique wine estate focusing on small-batch wines, only 660 bottles of our Chenin Blanc were produced for the 2024 vintage.
