What You Need to Know
All sessions are subject to availability of both Duikersdrift and Cari Photography. Your booking is confirmed once availability is secured and a deposit has been received.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable as advised at the time of booking.
If you need to change your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date will be charged in full.
In rare cases, sessions may need to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date where possible.
As sessions take place outdoors, they are weather dependent.
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time.
All photography is professionally managed by Cari Photography. By booking, you acknowledge and accept Cari’s photographic style and approach. Final image selection, editing, and delivery are handled directly by Cari Photography.
Sessions are also subject to Cari Photography’s standard terms and conditions, which will be shared where applicable.
