We have a philosophy of promoting social and environmental well-being and carefully select all our suppliers to ensure that the products in our deli & farmstall range meet this criteria. This also holds true for the fresh produce used to create dishes of the finest quality in our restaurant and deli. Wherever possible we use fresh ingredients from our own vegetable and herb garden and produce items for the deli in our own kitchen. We are committed to providing meals that are healthy, natural and wholesome. A meal at Duikersdrift is not a rushed affair. Food is made fresh to order with an emphasis on uncompromised quality. Wherever possible we support local and regional artisans and producers with specific emphasis on projects that support and uplift disadvantaged communities.
Our service staff would be happy to assist with recommendations on pairing our wines or craft beers with your preferred meals. We can also provide platters to accompany tastings.
